You can obtain replacement batteries from us, domes and tips. These will be posted to you when we know the type of device that you have. If we do not, we will offer you an appointment at Eccleshill Treatment Centre, BD10. If you are unable to get to this site, and for any other matter relating to your hearing aids, we will put you on a list for one of our partner service providers to phone you.

If that service provider thinks you need to be seen they will offer you various sites across Leeds for your care. Some of these are drop-in repair clinics, or collection of your aid and drop it back to you, or where an assessment is needed, a bookable appointment, depending on your needs. Your options will be explained to you at that time, our reception team do not have all these details.

• Children under 5 years old.
• Children under 11 years old with ear problems such as hearing loss, otorrhoea, otalgia or vertigo
• Thyroid problems
• Unexplained head and neck lumps or swelling
• Cosmetic problems.
• ENT emergencies, including sudden hearing loss
• Suspected head and neck cancer.
