I completed my higher surgical training in Yorkshire and Humberside and was awarded my certificate of completion of surgical training after success in the Intercollegiate Examination in 2004.

I was appointed as a consultant vascular surgeon at Bradford Royal Infirmary and started work there in January 2005.
After starting work as a consultant I completed postgraduate training in vascular ultrasound and also trained in the use of endovenous treatments for varicose veins, which have been part of my practice since 2008.

Clinical interests include:
Varicose Veins, Endovenous varicose vein treatment, LASER, Radiofrequency, Sclerotherapy, Arterial insufficiency, Intermittent claudication, diabetic foot problems, Abdominal aortic aneurysm, and vascular access for haemodialysis
